Receding hairline?

how do I tell if my hairline is growing back? and how can i speed it up?





i have like mini baby hairs growing back in on my hairline and around the temple i have like baby hair there


sorta like this but only on the sides

oh my gosh! whenever i say i have baby hairs people look at me like im some crazy person.
