im sorry im so useless...but i have no idea, thats a trickty situation...what if you put the straightener back on to make it melt again and then wipe it off with something thats heat resistant?
i have no idea if that would work, but im jsut throwing it out there...
heat the iron run it over the shiny part of it .the melted hair will come off
