Difference between being born with a natural born big forehead and a receding hairline?

a big forehead is very different than a receding hairline. A big forehead is ur forehead but a receding hair lines goes above ur forehead where ur head starts to kinda ';flatten';...idk if that makes any since but dont know how to explain it .... it starts showing the top of ur head rather than the top of ur face....Difference between being born with a natural born big forehead and a receding hairline?
i guess a big forehead is that way from bith...
