Get rid of the stress if you have to change jobs. Stress can cause many things. Life is too short to have to put up with it.
Male pattern baldness is genetic - you cannot re-program genetics.
Don't worry about stuff you have no control over. Life is not always the way it's supposed to be. It's just the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.
