Does a receding hairline always mean you will go bald soon?

I am 20 years old. And i have a noticable receding hairline but no major bald spots on the crown of my head. I had chicken pox a month ago. Is a receding hairline always followed by male pattern baldness? Or can it be caused by the chicken pox?Does a receding hairline always mean you will go bald soon?

The hair line starts to gradually recede after the mid-twenties. It is rather a sign of maturity than balding. Balding normally starts after mid-thirties in some and not until late forties in others!
