How can i prevent a receding hairline, thinning hair, and ultimately going bald?

im 20 and my hair looks like its receding a little bit. my ears kinda stick out and my nose is a little big and if i go bald then i'll never get a girl because they will be even more noticeable. i currently spike my hair and it all goes together but without my hair i'll look ugly :(How can i prevent a receding hairline, thinning hair, and ultimately going bald?
If you are noticing your hair is getting thin then you are catching it in the right time to do something about it. It is not something that you have to accept and as far as you losing self confidence because of it that is understandable because different people build there confidence on different things.

Some peple have good looks and so a scar on the face would ruin them as some have beautiful hair and going bald will damage there appearance as well as there confidence so it's understandable.

As far as keeping your hair from thinning you can first find out why it is receding and try to correct it. Most of the time it is due to hair follicle starvation and this is due to excess amounts of DHT being produced in your body.

So the best thing to do to fix this is to control the production of this hormone. The most natural way to do this is to use Saw Palmetto that has no side effects and works well.

Next start eating as healthy as you can including fresh green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Ultimately if you dont have time you can take a multi vitamin every day. This will provide necessary vitamins and nutrients to your blood to feed your hair follicles once you get rid of the DHT.

Finally you can use Minoxidil 5% to get your blood to circulate to the right sots on your scalp and feed the hair follicles that need replenishment.

The worst thing that you can do is not try to save your hair and if you wait to late then you wont be able to. When your hair is starting to thin then that is a surefire sign of it not getting what it needs to stay and it will soon disappear for good. Once you start to see scalp then the only thing that can save you would be a hair transplant.

there is no way to stop it. it,s all about genetics so you just have to take what life throws at you. being bald is,nt as bad as people claim. i been bald for a long time and it did,nt stop me from getting the ladies. believe it or not there are several girls rather have someone who is good to them and a good personality then looks. i was around your age when i went bald and it don,t bother me in the least. i just go with the flow.
Take 'Sea Kelp' tablet no hocus pocus it is pure seaweed extract at the very least it makes hair %26amp; nails stonger, You can get it for only 99p for a tub of tablets and I'm pretty sure you will also find it in holland %26amp; Barett. I reccommended it to someone with a thyroid problem you'll start to notice less hair in your brush after a months use.
You can't it's genetic. Although it can be related to stress so chill out and stop worrying about the inevitable
definately stop spiking it

it pulls on the root of the hair and makes it easier to fall out

stop spiking your hair and in 2 months it will be better :)
You could just shave your head and go with it. Women like confident guys with shaved heads.

My head is all deformed and scarred from surgery, though, so I was really apprehensive when I started losing my hair. A dermatologist prescribed Propecia, and I thought it might be working, but it's super expensive and not covered by insurance, so I've been buying the knock-off Finpecia from India online.

It's definitely working for me and even though I feel a bit vain, I'm really relieved. I've had several people mention that it looked like my hair was growing back, like people who hadn't seen me in months. It was obvious enough that they mentioned it and I didn't say anything about the pills until much later. And I haven't noticed any side effects, even though I'm paranoid.
