How do you keep your confidence up when you have a receding hairline?

I feel like people are going to perceive me differently if I lose my hair, and I hate that feeling. Even if people do perceive me differently, how do I keep my confidence level up?How do you keep your confidence up when you have a receding hairline?
A receding hairline is a loss. Not as bad as if you lost a leg, but it is something about you that is changing and is doing so beyond your control. You perceive yourself differently. You miss that hair. You can change it through medical procedures or you can mask it with a toupee or you can accept this as the inevitable.


When you reacquaint yourself with the new look, you will be comfortable within your own skin. If it no longer bothers you it won't be a factor for anyone else.





I miss my dark brown hair which is turning gray, on the way to white. But, I am getting used to it.How do you keep your confidence up when you have a receding hairline?
Many people lose hair prematurely, just as many people get grey hair prematurely. It is not a big deal, and you are not alone in feeling this way.





If it is really so important to you, then get some Rogaine, or some hair plugs--but that's only if it will make you feel better about yourself.





Geez, look at how many people are shaving their heads bald--you just have a receding hairline--so does my youngest son--he'll be 19 tomorrow.

Dude, I'm a 48 year old man with a full head of hair. Every once in a while I'll joke with a friend about them being bald, or balding. It seems that every time I say something like that, every woman that is there tells me the same thing......girls don't give a rat's *ss whether or not a guy has hair. They just can't stand the look of guys that try to hide the fact that they're losing their hair. So....my humble words of advice....QUIT WORRYING ABOUT IT. Chicks dig guys....period! Not guys hair.
Go with it, shave your entire head.THAT is sexy. All my girlfriends agree. Combovers %26amp; hats do not do it. What is hot is when a guy just says, ';What the hell...'; and shaves the whole thing.
