I don't think you can re-grow it. You could try a combination or viviscal (hair vitamins) and Nioxin (shampoo/conditioner) or maybe some minoxidal(?) shampoo? I can say for sure that if you take Viviscal for 6 months your hair will grow in healthier and it will grow somewhat faster. I don't know if it will help grow hair that fell out. You should probably see a specialist.
