I would like some suggestions about what to do about my receding hairline?

Shaving my head is not an option. Taking it in stride is an option, but I would like to try my best to prevent it.I am 22 and am in the earliest stages of it receding so I figured that since I caught it this early it'll be easier to prevent. Please give me some suggestions on what worked or didn't work for youI would like some suggestions about what to do about my receding hairline?
If you MUST try to do something to change it, there is rogaine. Talk with your doctor first and have your blood pressure checked before you try it. You do not want to take it if you have low blood pressure (it was initially a high blood pressure med. that helped people grow back hair).

However, the reality is that there isn't a lot that can be done - nature will ultimately win out. It isn't a bad thing and you probably do and will look better than you are imagining. I think that the receding hairline is more a problem for the person who has it than anyone else. My step-bro who is very self-conscious of it lost most of his hair by 35 and is absolutely adorable - the ladies who aren't related to him think so, too! Some big mistakes to avoid - wearing a hat all the time and growing your hair too long. Hats will actually hurt things by hindering air flow and scalp circulation. When you wear your hair too long, it looks shaggy, draws attention to the receding hairline and gives the appearance that you have less hair than you do. I suggest maybe looking for a new style and gradually incorporate it - one that works with the hairline changes you are experiencing. You may also want to look for a new hair stylist - avoid the babers and look for a guy with a receding hairline who looks sharp and go to him.I would like some suggestions about what to do about my receding hairline?

good luck!!=]
It's who you are, so embrace it. PLEASE don't try covering with a combover or other ridiculous hair do. Or by wearing a hat all the time, which could make it worse. I would rather see a balding man take it in stride and just let it be what it is. It's so much sexier too.
