It's probably normal to those shallow people out there. I mean really, what's the big deal? You can either try rogain or whatever, or age gracefully. If that's really you're biggest problem, you should be thankful.

Whose receding hairline are you referring to? Is it mine? I appreciate your concern, I really do. But I'm perfectly fine with it. It's something I can't control so I 've learned to live with it. It has not affected my personality or my moods. Yeh, I'm a little sad that I may go bald, but,,,,,,,,,,eh.





Is it you wife's hairline? Love her anyway. She'll need even more for a while. Help her pick wigs if it gets to that.

No i personally don't think its normal....but to each his own...i would not want you to off yourself because your hair line is receding....its a normal part of life...in my opinion bald men are very attractive

When someone is severely depressed, to the point of being suicidal, it's often a treatable imbalance in the brain. As long as it's not treated, though, the negative feelings that would be there anyway can attach themselves to any excuse.





There might be medical treatments that could help the hairline. There are many medicines and talking therapies that might be able to help the negative feelings.
You could get a hair transplant... If not though go out in style
Well, wanting to commit suicide isn't exactly a normality in of itself. You might want to seek some help on this one.

Absolutely not. My husband is very self-conscious about his, even though it isn't that noticeable yet, and just had me shave his head ten minutes ago. I love the bald look!

Yes, for maybe five minutes ... after that, you need to see a mental health practitioner and get help for your depression. Or, you could just 'swallow the pain' and get on with your life. My husband is bald on top (his 'tonsure' is now most of his head,but he still has a fringe around the sides) and wore his hat indoors for the first month we knew each other until I told him to take off his hat because I knew he was bald. I see bald or balding men every day (including my own son, who has been basically bald since he was 16, and shaves his head and looks very distinguished) and they are actually all very fine men, who look even more dignified to me than men with 'full heads of hair' when they are elderly. Believe it or not, though, it's the BALD men who are the most masculine ... they have MORE testosterone than men who have full heads of hair into their old age. But, if you do feel that you want to commit suicide because your hairline is receding, then you really do need to see a psychologist, and not a 'hair replacement specialist' ... you MAY choose to get your hair 're-installed' but that should be a mature decision made when you are 'fully healthy' and not feeling suicidal ... because if something goes wrong and hair replacement doesn't work, you'll be even more depressed. So ... think about it, and then see a psychologist and get tested for depression ... and when you 'feel better' you may then consider hair replacement, or 'graceful balding.' I like the 'graceful balding' man myself ... mine is VERY SEXY! (I'll bet you are too ... it's a common trait of bald men!)
