At 20yrs old. Its getting quite big. Its been getting worse over the last 6 months. Ive noticed a small bald patch as well.
What should I do?
I've heard that Rogaine is useless and expensive.

you cant stop nature either accept it or shave it off
the truth is there is no one hair regrowth product that works for everybody. you just have to try them all and see if anything works for you. otherwise shave it off
just leave it you will look great
