There is no age, it is passed on genetically through the mother. Sorry to the guy above me whose brother is going, you will too.
I know men who were for the most part bald from the front back by 25, but of course some men don't start losing their hair until they are very old. My husband is 57 and he has virtually no hair loss at all, no loss at the front, just a tiny touch of thinning on top.What age do most guys start getting a receding hairline?
My brother has started to but i havent, my hair is so thick i will probably never lose it lol. Which is good because i dont want to lose it :)
genetically if your moms brother is bald you will be too... it doesnt matter if your father is bald......
It's unusual but it happens to some men that young.
they usually occurs around in the late teens or early 20s.
