Which ceramic flat iron is better for natural hair--CHI or Corioless?

I am in the process of transitioning from my thick relaxed hair (mid-shoulder length) to natural hair. I haven't had a relaxer in about two months(?)....Eventually I will cut off the processed hair, but I've done the ';big chop'; before, and right now I'm not feeling that look.
