How did Tom Delonge from Blink182 kept his receding hairline the same for so many years?

and now he is 33 and his hair is still good looking, he has long hair now to cover the receding hairline, but how he kept it from receding more?How did Tom Delonge from Blink182 kept his receding hairline the same for so many years?
I don't quite see what you mean by ';receding,'; his hairline looks quite normal in the picture. Have you considered that the shape and position of his hairline is, possibly, just the natural shape and position of his hairline?
