My mom wont listen to me about my receding hairline.?

I keep telling my mom about my receding hairline and she just keeps telling me not to be so stupid and that it's supposed to recede when I know it's not. I'm 15 years old and going thin and receding already and by the time you notice your receding you notice your also going thin to because you loose loads of follicles. This makes me cry at the thought of it and because my mom is a selfish ***** and wont take me to a dermatologist I am losing my hair because of her. I want to go see a dermatologist to get something for it and maybe consider a hair transplant.

She WONT listen to me, I told her I am going to remind her everyday until she takes me to a dermatologist and she was like oh I don't care, you're Just being silly.

If I keep receding and she doesn't listen I WILL commit suicide because my hair is one of my best features.

How can I get her to recognise that I am receding and that my hair means everything to me and to take me to a dermatologist ?

Please help.My mom wont listen to me about my receding hairline.?
It sounds like it could be due to stress, or also people loose their hair due to not getting the right nutritions. Try and get out of the house away from your mother a lot, and also make sure you are eating healthily.

If you do not think it is either of these, then i suggest you get someone else to take you to see a dermatologist, or just your local GP doctor. My mom wont listen to me about my receding hairline.?
you're going bald, and there isn't anything you can do about it, stop blaming your mum, go and see a doctor yourself if you want to but short of transplants there is nothing he can do, if there was do you thing that half the men in the world would be bald or thinning on top. don't start combing it over, you'll just look stupid, get it cut short and live with it like the rest of us.
A dermotologist wont be able to do much, i dont think. Have you seen those guys who have had hair transplants??.. it looks unnatural and a bit silly. (sorry)

If you are losing you hair at a young age, i understand how upsetting that could be... but maybe you should just accept it. There are lots of hot guys out there with bald heads!
Take my advice and go to see the dermatologist,or when you get older you will regret it, and see if you can get treatment, because it may be due to stress or a illness. At 15 you should not be losing your hair, and it is to young to be doing so........so go to the dermatologist........ IF SHE CAN READ THIS %26gt;%26gt;%26gt;TAKE YOUR SON TO SEE A DERMATOLOGIST.....
Check out this site and ask them questions you are having about your hair loss perhaps they can help. Transplants is a bit extreme at your age.

Stress, nutrition problems, all kinds of things can lead to hair loss so you will definitely want to get a diagnosis. It can be a sign of serious health issues also. So don't ignore it.

BTW over 50% of men experience hair loss of some degree. And just about all mens hair recedes at least some between the ages 15-29.
i thing she got the reason for what she is trying to say but is for you to listen to your mom because she knows what is good for you more than you do thing
It could be due to stress or something completely different. You're 15 so go to the doctors and ask them to refer you. You don't need your mums permission. My sister started loosing hair around 14 but it grew back.
Visit your GP (on your own) and tell them you have a feeling of loosing hair, and that you really want to visit a specialist \ expert.
Stop being a little sissy. ';Wah wah my mom is a ***** I wanna kill myself bawwww';

Listen to your mom you little punk.

Hair transplant LMAO
your definitely stressing yourself out kid, your too young yet for this to be an issue,,, your mom should be taking you to another kind of doctor... CHILL OUT!
Tell her that there are many reasons you could be losing your hair, from genetics to medical conditions.

You could be suffering from increased prolactin levels. This is more common in women but not unheard of in men and can lead to all sorts of medical problems from headaches and dehydration to sight problems and infertility.

It's worth going to your GP for a blood test to make sure because if the hair loss is an indication of another condition then it needs sorting. Put simply, better to be safe than sorry.

Even if it's totally genetic and nothing can be done, ask her, surely she'd rather help put your mind at rest?
your mum is trying to act like your hair issue is a normal and natural occurrence and it is.

Theres nothing you can do about it it happens to lots of people. I know that will be of no help but you need to accept it.

In the future you can easily have a hair transplant if it causes you distress and you will be happy with yourself again.

I can tell you are a teenager and its normal for you to be very concious about your apperance but this will change as you get older.
