You need to see a dermatologist. Male Pattern Baldness could be one reason BUT it is very unusual at your age. There could be many reasons for the problem and if it can be solved, you want to do so before loosing all your hair.
You might ask your father if he lost his hair at your age? Would give you an indication if it is inherited.
