Minoxidil has no effect on receding hairline?

i have been taking rogaine for a couple of months now because my doctor recommended me to take it for my male pattern baldness (my front hair is starting to form a ';M'; shape; however, while i was doing a research online about the medication, some of the articles i have read online mentioned that, ';Minoxidil has no effect on receding hairlines';. is that mean that rogaine will not help my male pattern baldness at all? i mean i dont see any improvements yet but all i am noticing is that my hair is sheding more and more.

Rogaine only works for some people, and even when it does work, it only works for couple of years. It does not work on the front of your head. It only works on the crown of your head.





You're lucky that you're only 20. By the time you're 30, a new breakthrough called Hair Multiplication, or Hair Cloning will be available and that'll solve your baldness problem permanently.
