Help with a receding hairline plz!!!!?

I'm a 23 year old guy...and i have the typical receding V hairline crap starting. Hair is also getting a little thinner. Can anyone recommend some methods/products to use to stop if from getting worse and even getting some of what was lost back?


I do have a high stress job...the 2nd in charge EMT/Firefighter for my area, if that plays a part in it at all....Help with a receding hairline plz!!!!?

Try not to pull back your hair while combing. Massage with oil from time to time. Try not to wear caps for long periods and do not expose to excessive sunlight. I am not sure if using creams is going to help though.
Try to get more sleep and eat better...as in foods high in b12. And take vitamins.





Try Just For Men.
Why not try virgin coconut oil ( VCO ) ? It may work wonder for your problem .
Just get a hait transplant . Dont waste your money on all those products because they never work !
