From what I have read Rogaine is mainly designed to grow hair in the top/back of the head..In that bald spot....It will not really help receeding hairline in the front...

He needs to see the doc to find out what kind of hair loss he has. The doc will then tell him if he can grow the hair back or not.
From what I have heard about Rogaine, it will help grow your hair in thicker where there is already hair....And once you stop using it, the hair begins to fall out faster....
I tried Nioxin for about a year or so, and I personally think it was a waste of money.....
I have come to the conclusion, why try to prevent the inevitable....
Although, I will admit I do have hair envy sometimes.....lol
