has began to recede back and its Really starting to bother me.

see a dermatologist. do you have bald grandfathers/dad/uncles? chances are you may go bald at an early age. don't sweat it, bald dudes are hot.

Had the same problem when I was young, tried the pony tail thing and all the other ways to look like I had more hair than I really did. Short of a transplant, once you use the hair restore drugs (if they work for you) you have to keep using them or your hair could fall out again and there not good for you anyway. All I can say is bald is in! After some coaxing from my sister in law who's a beautician I shaved my head and I would never go back. I love being bald and I get more compliments now on my looks than I ever did with a full head of hair. And hair doesn't make the man that's for sure. Good luck with whatever you decide.
