Soo... a question about receding hairline/balding.?

alright. im almost 19 years old, and ive noticed my widows peak is becoming even more of a widows peak! my hair at the corners is losing color etc.... my moms brother has a full head of hair, but my dad is bald, and i take ALOT of my dads traits. so my guess is, im going bald and will probably be completely by around 26-29. As of now... i lapse into mild depression on and off about the whole nasty matter, and i was wondering if there is anything anyone can say to me to cheer me up! haha.. im an engineering undergraduate, good-looking, funny and athletic, but ive always had a VERY thick head of hair. to see it go would be a BIG change. some thoughts?Soo... a question about receding hairline/balding.?
There are some procedures that can be done to grow your own hair back in those areas, but I'm sure it's very expensive - not saying that you can't handle it. Do a little research and maybe talk to a specialist for the best option.Soo... a question about receding hairline/balding.?
Male pattern baldness comes from your mothers father. So you need to look at your grandpas hairline. Balding usually happens in men when their hormones change. Balding happens when your sebaceous glads get clogged, basically you sweat and the oil you produce clogs your pores and cuts off circulation to your hair follicle making it die =( if you have a good shaped head you could buzz it. I think thats hot, and so do my friends
I saw your avatar. At least you can laugh at yourself a little bit.

Rogain is supposed to slow down hair loss, and I'm sure there are other similar products that work just as well, just ask at your local pharmacy. The best advice I can give you is accept your hair loss, don't try to cover it up with hats, or worse, toupees (unless you are doing it as a joke).

If you have a nice head shave it all off when the baldness becomes significant. The rule is the less hair you have, the shorter it should be. Long hair only accentuates the sparse areas.

Most importantly, don't let it get you down. Yes, you're going to be understandable depressed about it. It's a huge physical change and it might make you feel like you're getting older, but there are worse things then losing a little hair.

Oh, and make sure you're good in bed, you'll never be with out a gf, good advice even for someone with hair.
some guys look sexy bald.
