It will stop the loss of hair but not really regrow hair.
I started using it when I was 35 and hair was thinning and receding BIG TIME ... but it's pretty much halted, and that was 20 years ago. Didn't grow back, but did stop it ... and I think that's what happens to most.

But, you have to understand that if you start on rogain, you have to keep using it for the rest of your life. If you stop, your hair will start to fall out in those places and you'll look like you did before.
