Receding Hairline at a early age..?

im 16, almost 17,, when i turn 16 i notice that i had a little recede hairline at the right side of my temple, it not BIG, you could hardly see it,and it hasn't spread farther,,,the left side of my temple is good, theres no receding hairline, only in my RIGHT,,,,,,MY QUESTION IS WHY THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY TEMPLE DOESN'T KEEP RECEDING,,,,,AND WHY I DON'T HAVE A RECEDING HAIRLINE AT MY LEFT SIDE,????????????,,,,,,,CAUSE IT HAS BEEN LIKE 7 OR 8 MONTHS THAT MY RECEDE HAIRLINE IT THE SAME, IT HASN'T SPREAD,,,,WHY IS THAT?

Eduardo we all have different hair lines. Receding hair lines are not uncommon to young or old. They generally are a trait that has come from family. If you had a father with receding hair line. brother etc. It's genetics's and hormones are what cause it. To be specific it's the same hormone that causes our penis, testicles, pubic, chest, underarm,and facial hair to grow. Testosterone! That is exactly what causes our head hair to fall out. It is converted in our bodies to dihydotestosterone. It can occur in areas, or what ever. Hang in there son. There really isn't much you can do. But research is making new advancements, and someday soon i believe we will have some answers. I have lost a lot of my pubic and body hair, as a result of loosing my testicles years ago. Some returned but very much thinner. Believe me i would love to have a cure. I done hair for years as a living.
